To be consumed hot with fresh vegetables such as peppers, celery, savoy cabbage, fennel, radish, belgian envy salad, leek, radicchio, cardoon. Recommended with cooked vegetables as well, like cauliflower, artichokes, potatoes, and boiled onions. Great at room temperature also in the preparation of tasty appetizers, as a topping for oven stuffed peppers. For a more delicate flavor it’s recommended the addition of olive oil or cream.
