We’re committed to select the best raw materials and the best regional and national excellences.
We exclusively use organic Italian tomatoes. Our products are made with some of the best worldwide known Piedmontese wines, such as red ones like Barolo Docg, Barbaresco Docg e Nebbiolo d’Alba Doc and white wines such as Moscato d’Asti Docg.
The cattle of breed “Fassona Piemontese” is another important element of the territory, the well known high quality is what brings this ingredient in the production of our Ragù.
To select our truffles we rely on a team of Truffle hunters “Trifulau” from the area, which with its trusted dogs is able to find the fine and valuable hypogea fungi.
For our choice of ingredients we also push ourselves outside our regional borders. The pesto we use is made with the well-known Basilico Genovese Dop, which we can find moving South towards the sea, in Liguria. We’re also proud of using the Aceto Balsamico of Modena Igp, found in Emilia Romagna, on the north-eastern side of Italy.
As for our laboratory, we are always in the lookout for innovative processes and technologies. That’s why we make it our goal to annually invest in our machineries for improvement and development.
