The typical Piedmont jam made of grape-must cooked for few hours to thicken, pears, apples, hazelnuts, and nuts are then added. Recommended with cheeses such as Robiola D’Alba or Bra, boiled meats, as a topping on ice-cream or as a spread on bread.
